How it works
Whether for adults, kids or mixed groups, each experience is hands-on, relaxed and designed to help you learn something new, switch off from screens and enjoy the simple pleasure of making food together. Ideal for families, friends, colleagues, couples, birthdays, special celebrations and team-building events up to 16 people. โท Detailed programme โท In just two hours, your group will enjoy a private, hands-on pasta-making experience designed around you. No experience is needed โ just come ready to roll up your sleeves, learn something new and have fun together :) The workshop follows our simple three-step method: Learn: Discover the history, traditions and ingredients behind authentic Italian pasta. Make: Choose your preferred workshop topic and get hands-on as each guest prepares their own dough and learns how to shape different pasta styles with the guidance of our team. Taste: Sit down together and enjoy two freshly prepared pasta dishes cooked by our chefs. Youโll also take your handmade pasta home to enjoy later. ๐งโ๐ณ Everything is provided We provide all the tools, ingredients and aprons needed for the experience. Each guest also receives a recipe card to recreate the pasta at home. ๐ Choose your preferred workshop topic Private groups can select the pasta-making theme they prefer from the list of available topics. From filled pasta to colourful doughs, traditional shapes and pasta machine techniques, the experience can be tailored to what your group would most enjoy. ๐ฅ Make it your own Want to turn the workshop into a full celebration? You can customise your experience with a range of optional add-ons, including drinks, aperitivo, antipasti, desserts, bring your own decorations and other extras. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Perfect for all kinds of groups Suitable for adults, kids and mixed groups, the workshop can be adapted in pace and format to suit different ages and levels of experience. ๐ฝ๏ธ A private experience, just for your group The workshop is reserved for you and your guests, giving you the space to relax, celebrate and enjoy the experience together at your own pace. ๐ A little something for later After the workshop, guests receive 15% off our freshly made sauces, so you can continue the Sagra experience at home.

Our Workshops Policies
Private Workshops are reserved exclusively for your group and require dedicated planning, staffing and ingredient preparation. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the workshop are non-refundable. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. The new date must take place within 60 days of the original booking and remains subject to availability. Requests received less than 48 hours before the workshop cannot be accommodated or refunded. Changes to Group Size Private Workshop pricing is based on the number of participants selected at the time of booking. Additional guests may be added subject to availability and payment of any applicable price difference. If the number of participants decreases, any price adjustment must be requested at least 48 hours before the workshop. Changes requested after this deadline will not result in a refund or price reduction. No-Shows The booking fee applies to the reserved group, regardless of actual attendance on the day. Guests who do not attend are not eligible for refunds, credits or replacement sessions. Late Arrivals The workshop will begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in the workshop being shortened or adapted in order to finish within the original booking time. Late arrival does not entitle the group to an extension, refund or rescheduling. Add-ons & Customisation Optional add-ons may be added subject to availability. Certain personalised or specially prepared add-ons may become non-refundable once production or purchasing has begun.
