Registration & Payment
Registration
Workshop places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bookings may be completed through our website or any other official booking channel authorised by Sagra Italian Pastificio.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
Public Workshops
Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the advance purchase of fresh ingredients and the preparation required for each workshop, the following policy applies:

Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation requests submitted within the 48-hour period will not be considered.
Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.

Each booking may be rescheduled once only.

All rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

Any request submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accepted or refunded.
Booking Transfer
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant by notifying Sagra at least 48 hours before the workshop.
The new participant accepts the booking under the same Terms & Conditions.
Private Workshops
Private Workshops are organised exclusively for your group and require dedicated planning, staffing and ingredient preparation.
Cancellation

Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled workshop.

Requests received less than 12 hours before the workshop cannot be accommodated.

Rescheduled workshops remain subject to availability.

Any request submitted less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accepted or refunded.
Booking Transfer
Private Workshop bookings may be transferred to another organiser by notifying Sagra before the scheduled workshop.
Gift Cards
Validity
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part.
Lost, stolen, damaged or expired Gift Cards cannot be replaced, refunded or extended.
Gift Card Bookings
Workshop bookings made using a Gift Card are subject to the same Terms & Conditions applicable to Public Workshops, including cancellation, refund, rescheduling and booking transfer policies.
If a booking made using a Gift Card is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop, the Gift Card redemption will be considered used and no refund, credit or reactivation will be provided.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend their booked workshop will be considered a No-Show.
No-Shows are not entitled to a refund, booking credit or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals
Participants arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time may be considered a No-Show.
Admission of late participants remains at the sole discretion of Sagra Italian Pastificio.
Workshop Participation
Age Requirements
Standard Workshops are intended for participants aged 12 years and above.
Children aged 3 years and above may participate only in workshops specifically designated as Kids Workshops.
Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Participation
Our workshops are designed to be practical and interactive, and participants are encouraged to actively take part in all activities.
At the end of the workshop, participants are welcome to enjoy the dishes prepared during the session and, where applicable, take home their pasta creations.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Safety & Liability
Safety
Basic health and safety instructions will be provided at the beginning of every workshop.
Participants are required to follow all instructions given by the Sagra team throughout the session.
⚠️ Important Safety Notice – Gluten Allergy
Our workshops involve the extensive use of wheat flour in an open environment.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accommodate participants with gluten allergy or celiac disease, as airborne flour and surface contamination are unavoidable.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you and all participants in your party do not have a gluten allergy or celiac disease. Bookings made in violation of this condition may be cancelled without refund.
Liability
Participation is undertaken at the participant's own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sagra Italian Pastificio L.L.C. shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings occurring during or in connection with the workshop, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation by Sagra
Although every effort is made to operate workshops as scheduled, Sagra Italian Pastificio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to operational requirements, instructor illness, force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of cancellation by Sagra, participants may choose either:

A full refund, or
-
Free rescheduling to another available workshop.
Force Majeure
Sagra Italian Pastificio shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations or failure to perform its obligations where such events arise from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, labour disputes, utility failures or other force majeure events.
Where reasonably possible, affected bookings will be refunded or rescheduled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Workshop Changes
Sagra Italian Pastificio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to workshop content, recipes, instructors, ingredients or schedules where necessary while maintaining the overall quality and learning experience.
Changes to these Terms
Sagra Italian Pastificio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on our official website at the time of booking shall apply to that booking.
