Pasta Making Workshop 

In just 2 hours, you'll learn all about authentic Italian pasta-making and get to make your own delicious fresh pasta. No experience is needed – just come ready to roll up your sleeves! The class has three main parts: Learn: Discover the history, Italian traditions, and ingredients. Make: Get hands-on and create from scratch your own pasta dough and styles. Taste: Finally, enjoy a double tasting of homemade pastas cooked fresh by our chefs. Plus, you will get to take home your pasta creations! 🧑‍🍳 We'll provide all the necessary tools and aprons. You don't have to bring a thing! At the end of the workshop, we'll share with you the recipe card, so you can make it again :) 👥 For this workshop up to 8 participants will work in pairs, sharing pasta equipment and collaborating on the pasta-making process. This approach is at the core of Sagra's values: connecting people through food. Don't worry if you come alone – we'll pair you up with a fellow pasta enthusiast! 🛒 After the workshop, you'll be able to purchase the pasta equipment and our delicious fresh homemade sauces to be mixed with the pasta you made. ⚠️ Important Safety Notice – Gluten Allergy Our workshops involve the extensive use of wheat flour in an open environment.
