However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a quality concern or incorrect items received, please contact our customer service within 1 hour of delivery.

Please provide your order number and a photo of the product in question. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or credit, as appropriate.

We currently offer pick-up for all orders at our location. For large quantity orders, we can arrange delivery upon request. Please reach out to us to discuss delivery options, availability, and any associated fees.

For pick-up, you will receive a confirmation once your order is ready, along with detailed instructions for a smooth and timely collection.
